Information you send us
When you fill in the project form or the consultation request form, we store what you enter: your name, business name, email, an optional phone number, and the details you share about your project, services, and design preferences.
How we use it
We use it to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and plan the work. We do not sell it. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you tick the optional marketing box, which is separate from permission to reply to your enquiry.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in this website's own secure database and are readable only by the business owner after signing in. Nothing you submit is published on the site.
Booking and payments
Appointment booking and payments are handled on Square's own pages. When you follow a booking or payment link, the information you enter there is held by Square under its own terms and privacy policy. We never ask for card details on this website.
Removing your information
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time. Send the request through the project form and we will remove it.
Changes to this page
If how we handle information changes, we will update this page so it always describes what actually happens.
